Contract Resources, established in 1989, is a rapidly growing global organisation which provides specialised Industrial and Mechanical services to Refineries, Petrochemical and Industrial Plants and has offices based in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. **Role Accountabilities include**:
- Ensure that training and development programmes are delivered economically and effectively through:
- Developing, scheduling, coordinating and ensuring delivery of training programmes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Maintaining and facilitating a suite of quality trainers.
- Encouraging and developing Contract Resources employees to their full potential, consistent with the company’s needs.
- Providing direct training services as necessary.
- Develop a training plan based on training needs analysis and ongoing business requirements. This will be done with Regional Managers, and the Workforce Planning Manager.
- Review training and development needs/actions from individual Performance Management process and include in training plan.
- Pursue and facilitate online training requirements.
**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- An understanding and knowledge of Training legislation (Desirable)
- Self-motivated, team driven with a desire to add value to the discipline
- Personable with strong relationship management skills
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication (written and verbal) capability
- Well developed IT capabilities (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Have a high level of analytical and computing skills
- A current Drivers licence
