**Role Accountabilities include**:

- Liaise with project managers to understand, gain clarity, and capture the project’s equipment requirements.
- Ensure interactions with stakeholders are positive with timely response times and a focus on good customer service.
- Work alongside maintenance staff and seek confirmation that equipment is in a compliant and project-ready condition prior to being committed.
- Coordinate the procurement and purchase of goods required for projects or by maintenance teams.
- Manage and provide direction and support to direct reports (purchasing, warehousing & logistics staff).
- Adhere to, support, and promote the HSE and quality standards of the team.
- Ensure that project paperwork is completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of project paperwork to ensure equipment traceability.
- Organising and coordinating the logístical distribution of project equipment.
- Coordinate and assist in the loading and unloading of containers with equipment, consumables, and PPE as per project equipment lists.
- Manage the receipt, dispatch, and warehousing of goods within the facility.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the team on freight movements, new projects, and the status or changes to current projects.
- Assist regional teams with freight and equipment movements during peak periods.

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong organisation, time management, and coordination skills.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar administrative function.
- Must have a current QLD C Class drivers’ licence
- Good knowledge of warehousing and procurement systems and processes.
- Be able to lead and manage a small team.
- Project management and/or planning experience highly desirable.
