**Your Role & Impact**

As the Technology Development & Engineering Manager, you will:

- Influence the vision - Develop and execute strategies aligning digital and physical product development with business objectives.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive execution excellence - Oversee end-to-end product development with optimised project management frameworks.
- Accelerate time-to-market - Streamline development processes, remove bottlenecks, and ensure faster delivery of innovative solutions.
- Shape the future of technology - Work cross-functionally to develop cutting-edge, customer-centric solutions that combine hardware, software, and digital tools.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Qualifications - bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience - 10+ years in product development, with expertise in managing both digital and physical product portfolios.
- Technical Skills - Proven success in Agile/Scrum project management, product execution, and accelerating development cycles.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking - Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead teams through transformation and growth.
