**About the role**:
At Aruma, we're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive _Coordinator Work Ready_ to join our team and lead with purpose. In this role, you’ll be a champion of person-centred practice, ensuring that every customer is supported in achieving their goals and experiencing genuine outcomes. You’ll play a pivotal role in engaging participants, families, and stakeholders to create meaningful pathways into employment. With a strong focus on relationship building, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure supports are tailored, professional, and of the highest quality. You’ll manage the delivery of the Work Ready Program with confidence, overseeing workforce planning, program facilitation, compliance with NDIS requirements, and continuous monitoring of participant progress and team performance.

This position is for someone who thrives on making a difference, leads with empathy, and ensures safeguarding, safety, and well-being are embedded in everyday practice. You’ll provide clear guidance and mentoring to your team while also ensuring robust administrative systems are in place, supporting effective service delivery and timely reporting. **About You**:

- 2+ years’ experience in leadership or management role.
- Understanding of the Disability Service sector.
- Demonstrated experience in providing collaborative leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to adapt communication style to differing needs and negotiate and manage conflict, escalating where necessary.
- Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy and the ability to adapt to changing business needs, adopting new systems and technology to support business and customer requirements.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to travel interstate and intrastate as and when required.
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licen
