**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead our talent acquisition team to think outside the box. This role will be responsible for building a high performing talent acquisition team and collaborating with our senior leaders to deliver unique talent solutions in a highly competitive market. Reporting to the People Services Manager you will:

- Guide all campaign recruitment activity, and provide recommendations on sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with the broader People and Culture team to develop new initiatives that will have a key focus on delivering our Employee Experience Vision
- Continually drive the education of our people leaders to ensure the design and delivery of comprehensive and strategic talent initiatives

Are you a born leader who is a strategic thinker and problem solver, who can achieve results by delivering against our People and Culture Strategy. Your exceptional communication and engagement skills will work toward transforming and establishing a talent acquisition team.

- Leadership experience is a must to help develop a talent acquisition service
- Hold a qualification in human resource management or related field

This is a full-time role at Level 6 with a salary package commencing at $97,134 plus superannuation of up to 12.25%.
