**About the Role**:
As the successful Clinical Territory Manager, you will strive to exceed sales targets through selling and providing clinical education to prescribers, KOLs and medical staff in assigned facilities to drive and grow revenue in line with commercial directives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the clinical/theatre environment.
- Accountable for achieving and striving to exceed the Sales Target for specified healthcare territory.
- Maintain and grow customers within existing portfolio.
- Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives.
- Work with State team and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop and update State sales plan.
- Work with Marketing to develop relationships and communicate with KOLs.
- Sell the features/clinical benefits of the products and provide clinical education to prescribers, KOLs and medical staff in assigned facilities to drive and grow revenue in line with commercial directives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university e.g business, nursing or related.
- Strong sales performer within medical solutions and/or devices.
- Experience in wound care highly advantageous.
- Experience in Operating theatres advantageous.
- Strong business and financial acumen. Confident in presenting to groups of surgeons, procurement and hospital executives.
- Preferably 5 years sales or have worked as a nurse in a clinical/theatre environment.
- Nursing or clinical experience would be an advantage.
