Job Description

  • Promoting and selling specialised surgical products across major hospitals in Victoria and Tasmania
  • Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with education, training, and clinical case support
  • Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, lab staff, and procurement teams
  • Driving product usage and territory growth through a mix of clinical engagement and commercial strategy
  • Collaborating closely with the immediate and wider team
  • Supporting with regional travel and on-call/after-hours work

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary qualification in science, nursing, or a related discipline
  • 3-4 years of medical device sales experience within a complex surgical field
  • Prior theatre exposure is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and strategic territory planning
