The Baytree by Ardency is a premium retirement Resort located in Greenwich that has paved the way for a unique retirement experience which combines the very best in independent living with the premium amenities you would expect from a boutique hotel. We are currently seeking a Full Time Concierge to join the team working Monday - Friday.

Reporting to the Assistant Resort Manager you will be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of The Baytree. You will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests, general administrative tasks, contractor management including inductions, assisting the restaurant team when required and ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.

You will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service, have experience in working in a reception, concierge or administration role, can demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook and a mature approach to your work.

Additionally, you will be extremely well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a can-do and proactive attitude. It is essential you hold a valid drivers’ licence and are willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made _.
