Reporting to the Manager, Front of House, in this role you will provide a professional concierge service, to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for the provision of Front of House services and coordinate the day-to-day room allocation, catering and technology requirements.
The key areas of accountability in this role include:

- coordinate the day-to-day reception, catering and technology requirements for meeting rooms
- set up and trouble shoot AV connectivity (TEAMS audio and video) for meetings - training will be provided
- manage client feedback to ensure client satisfaction and issues are addressed promptly
- anticipate clients’ and stakeholders’ requirements
- cross train in adjacent roles to facilitate collaboration across the team

Critical to the Concierge role are relationship management and teamwork demonstrated through:

- providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors and guests
- developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, visitors and clients
- looking for and finding ways to anticipate customer needs and expectations
- taking responsibility and demonstrating accountability and willingness to work as a team
- demonstrating a willingness to learn and actively share knowledge across the team
- demonstrating a positive mindset and attitude and role modelling professional behaviour
- demonstrating a solution focus and good judgment

Concierge services are provided between the hours of 8am and 5pm. This role will operate on a rotational basis with the early shift from 7.45am to 4.15pm and the late shift from 8.30am to 5pm. From time to time, extended hours of coverage may be required to support meetings and events.
To succeed in this role, you will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills, excellent personal presentation and the ability to solve problems as part of a team. You will also need basic Microsoft suite skills. Knowledge / experience of corporate AV technology, and experience working in a corporate environment will be an advantage.
