**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for driving the performance of the extensive national store network in-line with the overarching business strategy.
- You will relentlessly improve on productivity, efficiency and profitability with a balanced focus on people, culture, safety, customers and the varied operational aspects of this product and service business
- Your business development nous will be well leveraged as you identify opportunities for expansion of the network, through new franchised partners while your executional ability will come to the forefront as you bring these opportunities to life.
- People development that creates succession and fosters an environment where your team members feel engaged, motivated and challenged will be a cornerstone of the role.

**What it Takes**:

- **Franchised** **multi-site** operations leadership experience in **retail and service** environments at **National or State Manager** level
- An informed understanding of the franchising code of practice and extremely well-developed negotiation skills
- A deep-rooted skill set executing sales and profit growth initiatives where you take accountability of the management of and ability to analyse your P&L results
- A **perceptive leadership style **of listening first, learning, and immersing yourself in the business, where your ability to motivate, coach and manage a diverse team is what you thrive on
- An ability to provide counsel, in a collaborative manner, with effective dispute resolution which displays courage, honesty, integrity and instils trust
- And without question, your customer first approach and service excellence inspire performance from others
