Our client is a well-established, respected industry leader. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, they are hiring an experienced Head of People Systems

to lead a high-performing team.

This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in HR and Payroll technology and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the performance, optimisation and governance of HRIS and Payroll technology
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements and configuration changes
  • Develop and maintain meaningful workforce reporting and dashboards to enable reliable reporting and informed business decisions
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive HR and payroll issues
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline HR and payroll processes and improve service delivery

About You:

  • Strong experience in HRIS and payroll systems (SAP / Workday / Oracle), with a track record of improving system performance and user experience
  • Project implementation experience will be highly regarded
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and payroll compliance
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive automation and enhance service delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
