**THE FIRM/s**
We are representing a number of well known firms across Melbourne, our clients pride themselves on their culture, mínimal attrition and personalised service. Growth is the key driver behind these requirements, we are in need of a number of Legal Assistants who have previous experience to the Workcover industry.

**THE ROLE**
As the a Legal Assistant in workcover, you will be responsible for overseeing office support and the day to day operational functions of the firm. Your duties will include:

- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Diary Management
- Preparing electronic briefs and court books
- Management of electronic file
- Liaising with clients, medical practitioners, and various external stakeholders
- Booking medical appointments
- Preparation of court documents and briefs
- File Management
- General day-to-day administration support

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will have
**demonstrated experience as a Legal Assistant** with
**workcover** experience, in addition to:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and proactive attitude
- Minimum 2 years Legal Administration experience
- Strong computer skills and advanced MS office suite skills
