Our products are sold in more than 130 countries where we create life-changing differences through hearing health.- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in improving internal communication and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.- Responsibilities- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to promote awareness, understanding, and engagement with various business functions, including company events (e.g. trade shows, recruitment events) Culture and Values, Leadership Team Communication, and Marketing initiatives.
- Proactively gather and develop content for communication materials, such as interviews, articles, and success stories, by conducting interviews and working closely with clinic teams.
- Own and manage an overall communication calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and initiatives to all staff members.
- Contribute to the development and execution of internal communication plans and campaigns to support organizational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, utilizing feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communications to bring innovative and engaging approaches to Audika.
- You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a similar specialist or senior specialist role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for developing engaging and relevant internal communication materials.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of hearing healthcare industry will be advantageous, but not essential.
