**The Opportunity**
The Y-Change team at Berry Street seek to empower young people and make change. The team focus on young people who have experienced disadvantage with the understanding that they hold valuable experience and can teach us a lot about how to better the systems and services that support them.
**Key Responsibilities**
**About You**
You will be a person ready to create meaningful change to the sector, bringing your passion of empowering, listening and respecting the journey of our young peoples lived experiences. You will have extensive project management experience and strong organisational skills. You will also show demonstrated commitment to the principles of social action, social change, system advocacy, and to working inclusively and with respect for diversity.
