The Workforce Systems and Support Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively with the Workforce Systems and Support team with a focus on stakeholder engagement to further develop an understanding of current state processes and future workforce management goals of the business.

The Workforce Systems and Support Analyst will assist project teams and the Group Manager WSS in the configuration, deployment and take-up of new processes and electronic workforce solutions.
- Fixed term contract
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders as well as a wide range of internal and external clients.
- Responsible and accountable for identifying ongoing workforce systems and process improvements.
- Provide timely and effective support to all RosterOn users.
- Provide efficient and effective data analysis and reporting as requested.

**_ _**ABOUT YOU**:

- High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy
- High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning and workforce management.
- Advanced Microsoft office suite skills
- Experience in end to end workforce systems implementation projects
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities and a broad range of complex work.
- 2-3 years experience in Aged Care and/or Health Services environment
- 2-3 years experience in delivering end user training on new systems
