**About the job**:

- The office location is Murarrie
- Full Time Permanent
- Support Management and Account Managers with Quotes, Proposals, and Sales Assistance
- Build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with our clients and internal business units to ensure requirements are always met within expectations.
- Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation e.g., Student Management System, Customer Relationship Management System etc.
- Taking inbound client inquiries
- Greeting students on arrival to ensure an outstanding customer experience from the onset.

**Skills and experience**
**to be considered for this role**:
We are looking for someone that is keen to grow their career, learn new skills, and enjoy conversing with people. You will have a natural drive to support students and clients with the ability to offer a great experience each time they deal with you.
- Success in a previous sales or retail role is highly regarded
- Initiative and enthusiasm and willingness to learn about our services
- Highly effective written and oral communications skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport “in person” and “over the phone” while remaining professional
- Ability to work in a small team but also be able to work autonomously.
