**Hotel Manager-Remote Western Australia**

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for this small but busy hotel in regional Western Australia.

Catering to local clientele, contractors and passing visitors to the area, the hotel offers onsite Bar, Bottleshop, bistro and pub style accommodation.

This is a hands on role and would suit a manager who enjoys working alongside their small team.

This is an excellent place to save heaps of money with accommodation and meals provided.

There is work available locally within the same company for partners if required.

**Package: FULLTIME, SALARIED ROLE**
- $110,000 Salary Negotiable
- Free Accommodation
- Meals Package

**Duties**:

- Day to day management of the licensed premises in a hands on capacity
- General administration duties including accommodation bookings
- Staff rostering and training
- Stock control, ordering and stocktakes
- Management of bars and bottleshop in a hands on capacity
- Liaise with the local community
- Liaisons with local stakeholders, liquor licensing, local police and shire council
- Offer excellence in customer service
- Adhere to Liquor licensing
- General open / close of venue-cash up and balance of tills, general banking
- Other duties as required
- Previous hotel management experience
- Strong experience with stock control
- Ideally have previous remote area experience
- Hold or be able to obtain a ‘WA Approved Managers License’
- Hold a Manual Drivers License
- Forklift ticket desirable
