**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team. This is a fantastic ‘hands on’ opportunity for an experienced Manager with proven operational knowledge and experience as well as the ability to effectively interact with and service guests.

**How You’ll Shine**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- You will be a Customer Experience superstar with a passion for creating personalised and memorable holiday experiences for our Club owners and guests through meaningful conversations
- Proven experience in leading and engaging a driven team to provide an optimal Customer Experience in a resort environment
- Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, including Front Office, Maintenance & Food and Beverage.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Body Corporate
- Proven experience in driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line results
- Eye for detail and an analytical mind
- Strong financial acumen and management skills
- Make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently
- Face to Face Lead Generation
- Effective leadership, organisational and interpersonal communication skills
- An open door policy with the ability to train, coach, counsel and develop employees
