- You will be responsible for driving all aspects of property operations and working with all stakeholders to maximise performance.
- You will have a background in quality hotels, resorts, or lodges and a proven track record to effectively lead, motivate, and develop the team.
- This is a hands-on role, so only those who are comfortable getting out of the office and being the public face of the hotel, interacting with guests should apply.
