**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists to join this leading Educational Institute, you will be responsible for providing a high level of Exeuctive Support to the Director and the Senior Management Team, to facilitate the function of the office and the achievement of office objectives.

**The Role**

**Primarily you will assume all the below responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Director and Senior Management; anticipating needs and problem solving
- Calendar, diary, and meeting management
- Arrange travel for Executive Team
- Expense Management
- Collaborating and engaging with key stakeholders
- Maintain and update website pages
- Prioritize daily workload
- Proof reading, preparing, and assisting with correspondence and communication
- Arranging events and conferences
- Assisting with reporting and budgeting
- Preparing and attending meetings; recording minutes and following up actions from meetings
- Handling activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience supporting Executive Management
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
