Due to growth there is an opportunity for a medical affairs and market access manager to join their team. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs and Market Access your responsibilities will include:

- Displaying scientific thought leadership, high levels of collaboration, innovative thinking, and highly effective stakeholder relationship management.
- Being a key driver of brand/therapeutic area (TA) strategic plans and initiatives in collaboration with the Head of MAMA, the MAMA team and other cross functional team members
- Proactively seek knowledge and understanding of relevant health / healthcare ecosystem and nutrition trends, market access environment, competitors and other emerging areas
- Developing claims and other scientific documents that are based on current, published evidence to ensure credibility and appropriate substantiation for the purpose they are intended in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Driving the development, leadership and management of a high performing, diverse team to cross-functional teams.
- Science degree or qualification in pharmacy or nutrition
- Experience in medical affairs required
- Strategy development and execution
- High level stakeholder management especially KOLs / government agencies
- Competent project management and organisational skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Strong commercial acumen
