Medical Affairs Role Overview
Ophthalmology Medical Specialist Needed

We're seeking an experienced Medical Professional to join our team as a Medical Affairs Specialist. This role will involve providing scientific expertise, stakeholder engagement, and education/training to healthcare professionals, internal teams, and partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a scientific expert for the company's Ophthalmology pipeline and marketed products, providing deep expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical investigators, and academic researchers within the Ophthalmology field.
  • Provide scientific education and training to healthcare professionals, internal teams, and partners, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information about our products.
  • Support clinical trial development by providing scientific insights and collaborating with clinical teams on ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
  • Effectively communicate complex scientific data, including clinical trial results, in a clear, concise manner to a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

This role requires a University degree in Life Sciences or a related field, along with practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in the medical affairs or related field is preferred.


The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy, as well as robust strategic understanding and experience in tactical implementation of health solutions.
