About the Opportunity

In this high-impact role, you'll be a strategic partner working cross-functionally with Medical Communications, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop and execute global medical strategies. Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, you'll drive clinical adoption, enhance scientific exchange, and lead KOL engagement globally.

Duties

  1. Support the development and execution of the global medical affairs functional plan
  2. Drive medical education initiatives and scientific communications across key markets
  3. Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor medical strategies and address market-specific challenges
  4. Develop clinical evidence generation programs
  5. Lead KOL engagement and global advisory boards
  6. Oversee development and delivery of medical content and training materials
  7. Review and approve HCP-facing promotional and educational content
  8. Contribute to publication strategies and evidence dissemination plans, including digital platforms
  9. Provide subject matter expertise in infection prevention and competitor landscape

Skills and Experience

  1. Postgraduate degree in life sciences, PhD, MD, or relevant clinical qualification
  2. 5–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
  3. Strong scientific acumen with proven experience in clinical evidence generation and medical communications
  4. Experience working in or with global and regional teams
  5. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  6. Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals
