The Hamper Emporium - Maggie Beer - Gifts Australia, represents three premium brands, that all follow the principles of making Australian premium gifting, food and beverage products using Australian ingredients and materials that support local communities, dairy farmers, fruit and vegetable growers.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. We are looking for a team Leader with dispatch experience in cold storage. Key role in dispatching all orders across both websites, sorting by SKU, distributing to correct areas of the warehouse for the Warehouse teams to pick and pack orders for the day.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Ensure health and safety requirements are met.
- Oversea the cheese dispatch process
- Print orders at set dispatch timing
- Sort orders by carriers
- Submit manifests at set timings.
- Picking & Packing customer orders
- Assist Gifts Australia with Pick & amp; Packing when needed.
- Help the Warehouse Manager with Inventory Stocktake when required.
- Assist in Corporate Branding & Dispatch when needed - tie ribbons, dispatch orders.
- Help in Stocktakes when needed at different times throughout the year.
- Making sure Order/Dispatch Office is clean and tidy, well stocked of all supplies e.g. Connote paper
- General help around the warehouse & or departments when needed.
- Forthcoming with ideas on streamlining and helping processes
- Additional extra hours possibly can be worked depending on time of year and workload to be expected.

**You Need**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in cold storage
- Experience in dispatch(cold storage preferred)
- Fluent in English (Travelers welcome)
- To be available for full-time hours
- NO STUDENT VISA’s
- Over 18

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual, Seasonal, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $30.00 - $32.80 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
