Technical Operator Blow Moulding

We are looking for a new Operator for our production facility in Wetherill Park to support the Blow moulding team.

About The Role

We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for Day shift in our Blow Moulding team at Wetherill Park, NSW. Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. The site manufactures fresh and extended shelf-life products, including our short pack format MBB and Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) long-life unrefrigerated milk. This state-of-the-art facility has benefited from past and ongoing large-scale investment and produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products, including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.

The purpose of this position is to operate and maintain blow moulding plant equipment to deliver maximum performance at optimum cost whilst adhering to Safety and wellbeing, Quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities- Operating machinery, including machine setting and fault finding.- Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met- Recording/ Reporting of production data - including completing downtime sheets- Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards- Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures

About you- Experience in a blow moulding environment OR have a trades/technical background- In depth knowledge of autonomous maintenance- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn- Self-starter, able to operate independently- Mechanical mindset with strong Problem-Solving Skills
