We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and driven Sales Professional to our join MINT Residential team on a full time basis.

Specialising in sales of the Oaks Hotels apartments and working directly with our hotel and building managers, you will actively seek out listings and sales within the buildings as well as help place investor enquiries from interstate. As the building managers, we engage with owners every day, providing a warm group of prospects who know the brand.

This is an excellent opportunity to get into the CBD Apartment Sales market, and benefit from being apart of a global hotel company. With 9 Serviced apartment Hotels in the Brisbane CBD, 3 in the surrounding suburbs and a high profile office on Queen Street - this is a great place to make a mark on the very busy CBD market.

**Daily Tasks Include**:

- Prospecting to our Oaks and Minor managed buildings
- Co-ordinating inspections with our on-site teams
- Preparing detailed and accurate information for buyers
- Creating listing agreements and contracts
- Conducting open homes and private showings of properties

This **commission only** position is a great role for a salesperson looking to make their mark in their own space, with a highly competitive commission split on offer.
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience**:

- A current Real Estate Agents licence
- Minimum 18 months real estate sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, hotel managers and other key stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of real estate sales procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
