We are looking for a passionate Real Estate Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This role is open to candidates based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
About the Role
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our residential property sales nationwide. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying, establishing, managing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors and other stakeholders.
- Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through collaboration with channel partners.
- Providing regular sales reporting and updates to the sales leadership team.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation through our channel partners.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the residential property, real estate, or construction sectors.
- Proven success in building and managing partnerships and channel sales.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with the property market and industry trends.
