**About the Role**:
As the International Support Officer you will provide administrative and financial support to the activities performed by the ISP team, including:

- Providing accurate data entry, data collection and analysis, word processing and administrative services.
- Administering the flow of internal and outgoing correspondence.
- Accessing and operating administrative and technical databases, processing information and preparing associated reports.
- Providing routine information and advice on administrative, human resource and financial issues to management and staff.
- Issuing accurate and timely invoices for the various programs offered.
- Maintaining the financial records management systems for the unit.
- Performing a variety of administrative or support services as directed by the Manager.
- Undertaking work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner and as an active member of a diverse work team.
- Supporting preparations for events or activities, such as agendas, catering, minutes, briefing books and reception duties.
