**What you’ll do**
As the Product Manager for Everyday Rewards (EDR) Subscriptions (Web) you will use your customer, technology, and business acumen to lead a cross-disciplined squad to deliver innovative and exciting experiences which give Everyday Rewards members more value everyday.
Day-to-day you will work closely with your squad and the broader product, user experience, and technology teams, to deliver on commercial goals and customer outcomes for the business. You will partner with key contacts across the Everyday Rewards and Subscriptions teams, including marketing & business stakeholders.
You will develop a product roadmap that delivers to the overall EDR vision and strategy for subscriptions, with a primary focus on:
- Enhancing our subscriptions customer experience to increase engagement.
- Including additional benefits which will give our subscribers more value.
- Optimising subscriptions customer journeys on our websites.
- Integrating our subscriptions offerings across the Woolworths retail ecosystem. Ensuring subscribers understand the ongoing value they receive.
**What You’ll Bring
**To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- A minimum three years Product Management expertise, including; Product Strategy, Prioritisation, Customer Research, Interpreting Data, Go-to-Market planning, Commercial Acumen and creating Product Roadmaps.
- Adaptive skills: Leadership, Decisiveness, Connection (Stakeholder Relationships & Influence), Evangelism, Collaboration, Co-Creation (Team Partnering) and Communication skills.
- Previous Loyalty Program experience is desirable
- Prior e-commerce domain experience is also desirable Subscriptions product experience will be considered advantageous
