Taverner Research is a dynamic and independent market research company based in Sydney with call-centres in Surry Hills, Coffs Harbour and Wollongong. We are looking for bright, energetic people to join our B2B interviewing team in **Surry Hills**.

As a Market Research interviewer, you’ll be at the forefront of our data collection process.

Your role will be to conduct interviews with high level managers via telephone. Appointments will be set prior to making the call (no cold calling is required).

This market research project starts in May and is expected to run for six months. Attendance to a five day training session in our Surry Hills offices is mandatory to be considered for the role. This training is set to occur from 5th - 9th May inclusive.

**What we’re looking for**

You will need to be comfortable talking with high level managers.
- Currently living in Sydney (required)
- Minimum availability of three week days per week
- Proficient and accurate typing skills
- Project will have shift start time from 9am - 6pm - availability for these times will be required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English - excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling is required.
- Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with mínimal errors.
- A strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity
- Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and across various field research programs.
- Punctuality, respectfulness, and professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and greater Taverner Research team
- Proven understanding of the standards relating to quality data in market research (accuracy, consistency, and integrity).

Pay rate for trainees is $31.17/hr rising to $36.43/hr after experience is gained.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.17 - $36.43 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
