**About The Role**:
**BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A BOOKINGS & EVENTS COORDINATOR**

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times.
- We are looking for a Booking & Events Coordinator to take the lead at our brewery tap room, Dogtap. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Arranging and coordinating events for the venue
- Driving business from corporate events, private events and weddings
- Responding to all reservation enquiries to deliver the highest standard of customer service and drive sales
- Processing and opening a direct line of communication with all group reservations, bar teams and other relevant departments.
- Coordinating all group reservations with the bar team and any other relevant departments.
- Assisting in general with issues regarding reservations or the system- Increase Christmas pre-order commitment
- Increase Christmas pre-order average spend
- Utilise outbound strategies to increase revenue
- Utilise new strategies to improve customer experience
- Improve engagement with local organisations and NFPs
- Improve engagement with event planners and agencies
- Promote assets to relevant consumer groups
- Increase overall customer interactions through marketing channels
- Curate regular and one-off events list
- Streamline and improve function planning process
- Improve function follow up process
- Ultimately, increase number of bookings, bookings total revenue, and booking average spend per head

**About You**:
You’ll have an interest in good beer and putting it into the hands of other people Knowledge around craft beer is handy but not at all essential, we’ll teach you all about it

You will have experience working in professional event management and be confident in negotiating new systems and building bespoke event experiences for our customers.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working with various departments across the business.

Experience working within a hospitality venue is desirable.
