The Safety, Health and Wellbeing team are responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, children and all stakeholders with Goodstart.

The Safety, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will support the achievement of both organisational and functional objectives and priorities through providing highly effective administration support and coordination across the team. This role will be responsible for coordinating schedules and meetings as well as supporting documentation activities such as minutes of meetings, collating data. Also, to prepare and manage communication with external regulatory bodies. In addition, they will support the Safety, Health and Wellbeing team in the coordination of safety and workers compensation practices, systems, initiatives and procedures.

**Your Impact**:
Respond to enquiries and gather information needed for organisational reporting.
Facilitate communication and documentation with external vendors, partners and regulatory bodies.
Provide support to leaders and the team with regards to general administrative duties, including maintaining calendars, routine workflows, coordinating meetings, distributing agendas and minutes.
Build and sustain collaborative internal partnerships and purposeful networks.
Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence in accordance with the legislative requirements.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Have held a previous related role within business administration.
Essential is an interest in Safety, Health and Wellbeing.
Also essential is advanced Microsoft Office skills
Previous experience within an early learning setting is an advantage.
