We are on the lookout for an front of house Event Manager eager to manage the delivery and execution of our activations and events, from our warehouse to the event location.

From the buzz of coffee carts to the pop of popcorn machines, our team delivers events across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, making every event an affair to remember.

About the Role - The Day to Day:

  • Bump-in & Out Events: Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out

  • Driving: Deliver and set up at our events

  • Warehouse: Station and prepare events in our warehouse

  • On Site Management: Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly

  • Runsheet Planning: Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair

  • Operations: Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue

  • Client Relationships: Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate

- Team Work: Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success

Work Schedule:

  • Flexibility on work days and weekends as events require

  • Early starts through the week (in preparation for those early morning coffee carts)

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Note: This role requires driving and some heavy lifting

What We Are Looking For:

  • Passion: A love for events and bringing events to life

- Driver's License: Must have a valid Australian Open Driver's License.

- Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication abilities.

- Reliability: Punctual and dependable.

- Initiative: Ability to work independently and show initiative.

- Flexibility: Available to work on varied days and weekends.

- Physical Stamina: Able to handle early starts and physically demanding tasks.
