About the role:
Lendlease currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Design Manager to join our team in South Australia and be a part of the design and delivery of the iconic New Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

You will be working alongside a team of Design Managers and reporting to the Project Design Director from the initial stages of the project through to delivery, overseeing multiple design packages.

No two days will be the same in this exciting role, and will involve managing design programmes, and production schedules, maintaining design quality, compliance, and performance, contributing to value engineering, chairing design meetings, and managing clients, all with the aim of ensuring technical and contractual requirements are met.

To be successful you will need:
- 5 + years’ experience in the industry, with previous experience in a Design/Project Management role- Experience on large scale commercial building projects $100m+, previous healthcare experience will be highly regarded.- Ability to manage complex design processes to high technical standards in a robust, cost managed environment. Ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
