**About the role**:
Reporting to the Commercial Contracts Manager, the Property & Contracts Coordinator will primarily support the Commercial Contracts Manager in management and administration of infrastructure contracts, leases and licences in Fuel Supply Chain.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage and administer information database and systems records
- Administer property portfolio costs, contractual and legal obligations
- Contribute to profit and cash targets by ensuring property costs are accurately budgeted and forecasted
- Ensure all payments are made efficiently and accurately
- Verification and payment of expenses
**About you**:
You have a ‘can do’ attitude and have minimum three years’ experience in an admin support role. You have excellent analytical and numerical skills and have the ability to demonstrate resilience and problem solve.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in a corporate role.
**Key skills and experience**:
- Advanced level of computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Strong administrative background
- Knowledge and experience in SAP is ideal
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced numeracy skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good level of communication skills (verbal & written)
