**Location**: Mylo’s Caves Beach - 131 Caves Beach Road, Caves Beach, NSW, 2281.
**Hours**:Casual employment 20-40 hours per week.
**Pay**: Variable under the Restaurant Industry Award.

**We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barista with great customer service.**

**What You'll Do**:

- Craft high-quality coffee and other beverages with care and consistency.
- Provide warm, welcoming service with our valued customers.
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
- Assist with opening/closing duties and light food prep.
- Be part of a supportive, motivated team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous barista & customer service experience is essential. Must have worked in a high volume cafe as we get very busy (10-12kg on a busy day).
- Experienced in dialing in the coffee grinder (we do this multiple times per day).
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Great communication and multitasking skills.
- A love for coffee, people, and the beach lifestyle.

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
