**About the Venue**:
Caves Coastal Bar & Bungalows is nestled amongst the sand dunes at Caves Beach. Only an hour from Sydney or 40 minutes from Newcastle, Caves Coastal is the perfect location for delicious eats, decadent drinks and luxury accommodation. The hotel offers the perfect beachside venue for any event, specialising in weddings, corporate and social functions. With a paddock to plate ethos, the kitchen team are ready to offer the freshest and best local produce to every guest

**About the role**:
Caves Coastal Bar & Bungalows is currently seeking passionate Front of House and Events team members to join the crew. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during standard service and various events held at the venue. We are looking for individuals with bright, outgoing personalities, outstanding customer service skills and a passion for providing memorable experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering high standards of service, ensuring guests expectations are exceeded
- Bar and table service, with efficiency and a smile
- Set up and pack down of event spaces according to specifications and guest needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the events space during and after events.
- Connecting with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

**Skills & Experience**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Willingness to work in various areas of the venue as required by operational needs
- Enjoy working collaboratively with a team
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to confidently carry three plates at a time for efficient food service
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

**Experience**:

- food and beverage: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
