About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our accommodation team at Caves Coastal. You'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation our guests expect, ensuring every room and guest space reflects our signature coastal elegance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Experience in housekeeping is preferred, but we're happy to provide training to motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms, villas, and public areas to a high standard
  • Replenish amenities, linen, and supplies as required
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
  • Follow cleaning schedules and company hygiene procedures
  • Work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

About You:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
