**This is a Permanent, Part-Time (22.8 hours per week - 0.6 x EFT) opportunity based in South Melbourne within The MacKillop Institute. The position reports to the Director of The MacKillop Institute.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Senior administrative experience and proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contexts.
- An ability to manage a range of complex issues and competing priorities by utilising analytical and conceptual skills.
