**The Role**
**360 Personnel** is currently seeking an **experienced Office Admin **for a busy manufacturing company.
- Reception Duties
- **Able to use Tradify and Xero**:
- Scheduling
- Processing orders
- Liaising with external IT department with any computer issues
- Accounts Receivable
- Filing of records
- Typing
- Basic office administration
- Processing payments via EFTPOS
**About You**
- Administrative experience is required including strong word processing skills, and experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, great communication skills and will fit in with our clients team culture.
