What's the job?
Reporting to the Future Student Onboarding Manager, Emma Bracci, the Future Student Onboarding Officer is responsible for ensuring that students in their first trimester of study are supported through the early stages of their learning experience with TGES.
On a typical day in this role you will responsible for the following areas:
- Actively onboard students to all Key platforms to ensure success in their first trimester of study- Work closely with the Student Recruitment Team and other key stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding process.- Act as primary point of contact for a designated group of students in their first trimester of study.-
- Meet Daily KPI's for outbound call and contact activity-
- Ensure that targets relating to first trimester retention and revenue are met.- Positively impact Net Promoter Score, Student Effort Score and Student Satisfaction Score among our first trimester cohort.- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance student experience.

This is a full-time permanent position, starting in December for 12 months (parental leave cover), ideally based in Sydney Surry Hills.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Understanding of the student journey in the higher education sector- Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally in a student services role or other student facing role dealing with high volumes- Passion and drive to deliver an outstanding customer experience- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded but not essential.- Energised by working in a target and KPI-driven environment
