**Onboarding Officer**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- An Onboarding Officer is responsible for providing an advanced level of knowledge and skill specific to the account opening and customer onboarding process for all customer segments across Australia and New Zealand
- A strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in the creation of new and maintenance of existing accounts is critical to ensure seamless ordering, delivery, billing, and payments on customer accounts
- You will ensure customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers, by building strong relationships with the regional Sales team
- You must be passionate and driven by getting things actioned precisely first time, every time. You offer solutions that meets the customer’s needs and that also aligns to BOC policies and processes
- Providing feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps or inefficiencies with customer service processes

**What makes you great**
- You possess strong time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate turnaround time expectations and deliver on those expectations
- Advanced problem-solving skills, critical thinker with strong communication skills
- You have good attention to detail, high-level accuracy for data entry/capture
- Advanced knowledge of SalesForce Case Management and Lead & Opportunity along with knowledge of SAP account and pricing structures as well as the Order to Cash process
- Previous complex customer dispute/case management experience preferred
