The Lifecycle Campaign Manager is a new role that sits within the Lifecycle and Engagement team which is part of Audience & Marketing.
The purpose of the team is to drive audience awareness, engagement and conversion leveraging our marketing technology to deliver personalised omni-channel programs that support our audiences at all stages of their journey.
We help the organization to achieve its purpose of ‘changing the way the world experiences property’ by engaging and retaining our audiences and helping them along their property journey. This role focuses on building deeper relationships with our customer audience, unlocking incremental value for them and the business.
What the role is all about
The Lifecycle Campaign Manager supports REA’s success in the following ways:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise new opportunities, balancing customer relevancy and maximising ROI for REA- Have a deep understanding of customer audience and use data and insights to develop campaign concepts in collaboration with UX designers and Product-
- Be part of discovery and experimentation of new customer automation channels in our customer app ‘Ignite’, including Push, in-app message and Web channels within Braze (our future marketing-automation platform)- Work closely with the customer Product and Product Marketing teams to develop, execute and measure multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness of products, reach revenue targets and maintain customer sentiment- Own, manage and drive acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns supporting our Property Advertising strategy goals- Be an expert in behavioral communications and provide support and recommendation to other teams looking to evolve their experiences- Develop personalised, relevant and optimised messaging and communications, building an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.- Develop and execute on a robust optimisation testing stream with continual testing and improvements to be managed within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze channels, with the goal of proving incremental uplift in engagement and conversion.- Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.- Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules cross-channel to maximise engagement and ROI.- Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing and launching within Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group- Maintain a strong knowledge of new developments, channels and practices in personalisation of communications and marketing operations technical expertise.- Be a key contact for stakeholders across REA to advance personalisation opportunities and relevancy in Braze campaigns by maximising use of the platform capabilities.
