Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in the services industry? Our client is on looking for a strategic Learning and Organisational Design Specialist to join their dynamic team in Perth.

**This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or fully remote based on your location.**

**About you**
- Work closely with OD teams to design, develop, and maintain training programs that meet stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with Training Managers to facilitate learning and development initiatives across various areas.
- Conduct skills assessments to identify management capability gaps and provide feedback.
- Ensure completion of individual training plans for new hires
- Manage the administration, consultation, testing, and review of the Learning Management System (LMS).

**Benefits**
- Proven experience working in a training environment, with a preference for service industry experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing and empowering diverse teams preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Familiarity with change management principles and exceptional ability to build strong partnerships across various departments
