Perth Airport Western, Australia Perth Airport Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Perth Airport is Australia's Western Hub connecting the people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, Perth Airport plays a significant role in providing economic, social and cultural benefits to West Australians.

Perth Airport is investing more than $5 billion in new infrastructure so we can support our airline partners to grow, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience. This will be the largest funded private equity build in Western Australia for the last 30 years.

Over the coming decade we will expand T1 International, and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel. This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.

The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.

We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.

We are on the lookout for a strategic and forward thinking Senior Organisational Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role will lead enterprise wide leadership and culture initiatives that strengthen capability, embed desired behaviours, and support long term workforce strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver enterprise wide organisational development frameworks that uplift capability, build professional confidence, and align culture with strategy.
  • Shape succession and talent strategies that strengthen internal pipelines and enable sustainable workforce development.
  • Lead culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives that foster trust, alignment, and a sense of belonging across the organisation.
  • Enhance the employee experience through OD solutions that support performance, growth, and retention.
  • Design and embed progressive performance and capability frameworks that promote accountability and career development.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic business needs into practical OD solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Use workforce analytics and evidence to evaluate program outcomes, inform continuous improvement, and guide decision making.
  • Manage OD projects end to end, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and quality expectations with strong stakeholder engagement and governance alignment.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related discipline (postgraduate study highly regarded).
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large scale OD, leadership, and culture programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using people data and evaluation methodologies to inform design and assess impact.
  • End to end project delivery experience, from scoping and planning through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, able to engage and influence senior leaders and cross functional teams.
  • Trusted adviser with sound judgement, capable of navigating complexity and ambiguity to achieve outcomes.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a commitment to embedding equitable, values driven practices across the organisation.
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, using evidence and feedback to evolve and refine OD interventions.
