**The Job**:

- Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Perform routine machine setup and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
- Monitor production processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in working with machinery.
- Exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing or production or similar environment.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour rotating shift roster, including day and night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
