The Opportunity

We're seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join our team working on major projects in Sydney's Northwest and Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work.

What You'll Do

  • Operate excavators safely and efficiently

  • Shape, trim, trench, and backfill to spec

  • Apply basic compaction and material movement knowledge

  • Load trucks and move materials accurately (basic GPS knowledge ideal)

  • Perform daily checks and maintain machines to a high standard

  • Excavator experience in civil construction

  • White Card + Driver's Licence, and flexible to travel

  • Strong team player with a safety-first mindset

  • Reliable, positive attitude, and able to work independently
