**The Role**:
Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team to be develop and deliver communication plans and coordinate all communication outputs to ensure ENGIE ANZ positioning is presented in an effective and aligned manner.
The role is accountable to the Head of Corporate Affairs and can be worked flexibly from our brand-new Southbank office and from home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The incumbent is responsible for managing corporate communication workflow and approvals, centralised management of external providers, communication measurement and reporting, with some external stakeholder management.
- Develop best-practice, measurable communications plans that address the needs of ENGIE ANZ and/or its individual business units; manage outputs, outcomes and reporting associated with these plans
- Manage corporate communications outputs and positions, using channels including but not limited to publications, media statements, corporate credentials, and campaigns
- Manage engagement with external providers including media monitoring services, research and insights providers, PR and creative agencies, copywriters, photographers ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards
- Oversee corporate communication workflow, approvals and reporting, liaising with Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) Communications and AMEA Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) teams as required
- Maintain issues register and consolidated record of positions and messages to help leaders and relationship managers respond to emerging reputational risks
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have solid experience with leading corporate communications function in a fast paced and changing matrix work environment. You have an understanding of the energy industry, sustainability and climate issues and applied understanding of the external operating environment - government, business and political.
You possess exceptional communication skills and situational adaptability skills and can manage multiple priorities. You are able to balance both internal and external stakeholders and can relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people whilst being organisationally savvy.
