**The Role**:
As a key member of our marketing team and partnering with all areas of our business, you will be responsible for leading and executing our corporate communications strategies, engaging with a large number of stakeholder groups both internally and externally.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be responsible for the development and execution of our corporate communications strategy and planning, across a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups and audiences
- Execute against these strategies and plans, and take responsibility for all day-to-day communications-related activities
- Creation of high-quality and engaging communications and content
- Partner with our external PR agency to deliver against agreed objectives
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, the media, industry bodies, and key partners to enhance Haymes Paint’s brand reputation
- Provide communications support for key projects and change initiatives
- Be a key contributor to ESG strategies, initiatives and related communications
- Monitor performance, set KPIs, and ensure accountability across of the corporate communications function

**What We’re Looking For**:

- An experienced corporate communications professional to take the lead on all communications activity across our business
- Proven corporate communications experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups and audiences
- Exposure to ESG requirements, strategy development and execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and engage
- Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven self-leadership and organisational skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, and the ability to create high-quality content to engage and influence
- Commercial acumen and awareness
