**What the day will look like: APAC Operations Manager**
- Work across the business to connect business processes and people with the operating model to deliver world class service to Aon’s clients
- Manage and coordinate compliance, review, and update processes in relation to the Modern Slavery legislation
- Supporting the success of the region by working collaboratively with leadership teams by driving process enhancements, delivering change management and governance around our work practices
- Plan, oversee, communicate, and manage changes amongst our processes not only to internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance but also to peers globally
- Communicate initiatives and partner with key APAC stakeholders and the global Aon community
- Engage with heads of departments to develop success stories’ which can be used to showcase progress and outcomes in support of the operating model objectives.
- Designing the renewals team, the workflow, reviewing processes, communications, and implementation
- Govern the end-to-end process of contract management, including the quality of submissions and challenging this when needed
- Adapting existing contracts to reflect new legislations in relation to small businesses and their payment terms, performing standards of all teams involved and escalating urgent matters to leadership where needed
- Lead and mentor an enthusiastic team
